A New Way for the Development of D. I. Diesel Combustion System

摘要 本文简要介绍了本研究室多年来对B2、WS和DS等三代燃烧系统的研究概况和经验,基本结构和匹配参数;分析了喷油模型试验的结果,并比较了三者在12150L多缸柴油机上的实验结果。研究表明第三代的DS燃烧系统取得了更佳效果。最后,介绍了DS系统在高增压单缸柴油机上的近期成果,指出DS系统为提高直喷柴油机性能提供了一条新途径。 The research history, primary structure and matching parameters of the three generations of combustion systems, B2,C5 and DS combustion system developed by our lab. were introduced in this paper. The spray model test results were analyzed. The performances of the three combustion systems were compared on the 12150L multiple cylinder diesel engine, and DS, the third generation combustion system, showed the best performance among them. At last, the latest achievement of DS applied in the high turbocharged single cylinder diesel engine was presented. All researches showed that DS system provided a new way for the performance improvement of D. I. diesel engines.
