在系统工程的理论及其实际应用中,动态系统闭环控制占有重要的地位。其中利用结构摄动的闭环控制,在求子系统最优控制方面,近来得到广泛的应用,并被用于环境保护污染治理与控制的领域中。 系统分“开环”(Open)系统和“反馈”Feedback)系统,其“反馈”系统即为“闭环”
It is of great value to apply the theory of dynamic system closed-loop control to the environmental pollution control. In this paper the architecture capture flow closure is discussed, an optimum method for water environmental contamination control is presented, and an example which proves to be in accordance with the national standard for water environmental control is given. All this is of practical significance.
