摘要
在土地家庭承包经营的农业生产体制下 ,农民收入被分为农业土地收入和非农产业收入。而增加农民收入的根本途径则是实现农业劳动力向城镇转移 ,减少农村劳动力 ,实现土地的规模化经营 。
Under the rural productive system of household contract,farmers income is divided into two parts:one is income from rural farm land,the other is non rural income.The paper says that the fundamental way for raising the income level for farmers is the shifting of labor forces from rural area to towns,the reduction of rural labor forces and the large scaled operation of farm land.
