摘要
用频率为 2 4 5 0MHz的微波对胜利、孤岛减压渣油进行了辐照。辐照时 ,样品的体温度低于 80℃。实验结果表明辐照过程中样品发生了化学变化。减压渣油和正庚烷沥青质的VPO平均相对分子质量都减小了。减压渣油及其正庚烷沥青质的FT -IR中波数为 1380cm- 1,14 6 0cm- 1和 16 0 0cm- 1的吸收峰的峰高和峰面积都发生了相对变化。对辐照前后的减压渣油进行了六组分分析。结果表明六组分中重组分减少 ,轻组分增加。最后 ,分析了减压渣油及沥青质在微波辐照下发生化学变化的作用机理。
Shengli,Gudao vacuum residues were irradiated using microwave whose frequency was 2 450 MHz.During irradiating,volume temperature of vacuum residues was below 80 ℃.The experimental results manifested that chemical changes took place during microwave irradiating.The VPO average molecular weight of vacuum residues and asphaltenes all decreased.According to the FT IR spectra,the relative peak amplitudes and peak areas whose absorption bands were at 1 380 cm -1 ,1 460 cm -1 and 1 600 cm -1 all changed.The vacuum residues were also separated into six fractions and the results showed that the proportions of heavier fractions decreased and proportions of lighter fractions increased.At last,this paper analyzed the underlying mechanism of the chemical conversion of vacuum residues and asphaltenes under microwave irradiation.
