酮康唑对内分泌激素水平的影响

摘要 作者等对14例皮肤真菌感染患者(17~79岁)用酮康唑(200mg/日)治疗,观察了服药前,服药后10日及20日血中睾酮、雌二醇、促黄体素、卵泡刺激素、皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质素、T_3、T_4及促甲状腺素水平的变化。服酮康唑后,血清睾酮水平显著下降,雌二醇水平亦有所下降,促黄体素水平显著上升,卵泡刺激素水平亦有所上升;血清皮质醇水平轻度下降,血浆促肾上腺皮质素水平显著上升;血清T_3、T_4、促甲状腺素水平均无显著改变。本文结果提示酮康唑可以使睾丸和肾上腺的类固醇激素的生成减低,继而使垂体促黄体素、促肾上腺皮质素反馈性增高。 The fevels of blood testosterone (T), estradiol (E_2), LH, FSH, cortisol, AGTH, T3, T4 and TSH were determined in 14 patients with mycotic infections before, 10 and 20 days after the administrations of ketoconazole respectively. The level of T after administrations of ketoconazole was significantly decreased, E_2 slightly decreased, LH significantly increased, and FSH slightly increased; cortisol slightly decreased, and ACTH significantly increased; T3, T4 and TSH were not apparently changed, as compared with those before ketoconazole administrations. The present study indicates that ketoconazole may inhibit the biosynthesis of both testicular and adrenal steroids and thereby cause feedback increases of the productions of pituitary LH and ACTH.
