摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病及其合并血管病变患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的变化。方法选择健康人(对照组)30人和2型糖尿病组60人,分为无血管并发症组28人,有血管并发症组32人,测量各组人群中的辅助性T细胞CCD4+、抑制性T细胞(CD8)、CD4/CD8、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)和血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)的水平,观察这些指标在各组中的变化。结果2型糖尿病及其并发症组与对照组比较,2型糖尿病有血管病变组与无血管并发症组比较D4、CD4/CD8、LDL-C、IgA、IgM显著升高(P<0.01),而CD8、IgG则显著下降(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病存在免疫功能紊乱,2型糖尿病及其血管并发症的发生、发展与免疫功能紊乱有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the changes of cells media immunity. and Humoral immunity in type 2 diabetes.Methods CD4、CD8、LDL-c、IgA、IgM、IgG of 28 diabetic patients, 32diabetic patients with vascular complicationsand 30 healthy subjects were measured. Results The levels of CD4、CD4/CD8、LDL-c、IgA、IgM were significantlyhigher and the levels of CD8、IgG were significantly lower in T2DM patients and it’s vascular complications patientsthan those in controls(P<0.01). The same result in T2DM patients with vascular complication than those in T2DM patientswithout vascular complication(P<0.01). Conclusion There are impaired immune function and non-activity inflam-mation in type 2 diabetic patients with and without vascular disease.
