摘要
随着社会变革步伐的加快 ,传统的道德规范教育日益暴露出与人的发展和社会进步不相适应的一面。造成这种不相适应的主要原因是传统的道德教育片面强调外在价值 ,忽视本体价值 ,总是要求道德教育能出即时的、显性的功效 ,忽视或轻视它的长期效益 ,其结果必然导致受教育者道德人格的不健全。德育要跟上时代发展的步伐 ,必须重视两个重要命题———A :道德教育必须重视道德关怀 ;B :道德教育必须激发道德需要。
With the quick rhythm of the social reform, the traditional moral norm education gradually shows its incompatible side with man's development and social progress. Its chief cause lies in that the traditional moral education, which only emphasizes the external values and neglects the noumenon value, hopes for the immediate effect and ignores its long-term effect, thus causing the imperfect personality of the educators. In order to keep up with the epochal pace, the moral education should stress the two important propositions: i.e. (1) Moral education should emphasize the moral concern; (2) Moral education should stimulate the moral demand.
