结合当前城市轨道交通的发展趋势,阐述了在地铁站区域内发展商业空间的意义和地铁商业开发的优势性。同时分析了国内和国外具有特色的地铁商业空间规划设计实例。探讨发展地铁商业的目的和特点,提出了当前对地铁站商业空间设计规划的看法。
