Nowadays, what the people want from the fast-developing technology is not only products with better quality but also things that could generate their emotion involvement. The roles a product begun to play are not just a tool, but a friend, tha’ts to say the relations between the user and the product becomes closer. This article aims to demonstrate how a designer introduce and make full use of this concept into product design, specifically in design of the office facilities.
