摘要
目的:探讨人工晶体眼视网膜脱离病例的规律性。方法:回顾性分析1991年7月至1995年7月住院手术的45例(49只眼)人工晶体眼视网膜脱离。结果:人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的发病率0.71%,随访6个月至4年,手术的治愈率为78.0%。结论:人工晶体眼致视网膜脱离机理是玻璃体的牵引及视网膜变性,特点多为后囊不完整,手术难度大,成功率低。由此提出透明晶体的摘除作为治疗高度近视的方法需慎重。
Purpose. To determine the cause and treatment of retinal detachment in pseu-dophakia. Methods; 45 cases (49 eyes) undergone operation in hospital from July 1991 to July 1995 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The incidence of retinal detachment in pseudophakia was 0 .71% . The cure rate of surgery was 78.0% (follow up from 6 months to 4 years). Conclusions. The mechanism of retinal detachment in pseudophakia includes the vitreous traction and degeneration of retina. Many posterior capsules are not intact. These Surgeries are difficult and the successful rate is low. Clear lensextraction for high myopia, as a method, should be performed carefully.
