摘要
一双耳重度感音神经性聋患者已植入由卫生部听觉医学重点实验室和上海医科大学眼耳鼻喉科医院联合研制的多通道程控耳蜗(SPCI)。术后经多次定位谱调试后已能建成语音识别基础。本文主要讨论已植入SPCI型多通道程控耳蜗患者的定位谱实施情况,包括电极极阵刺激模式、各工作电极的阀值和舒适阀、响度平衡、语音刺激速率的确定。
One bilateral profoundly sensorineural deafened person has received cochlear implant which is developed by Hearing Lab. of Ministry of Public Health and EENT Hospital of Shanghai Medical University. Through a period of mapping postoperatively, this patient has reconstructed his speech discrimination basis gradually. In this paper we mainly discuss how to mapping for the implantee, including the selection and determination of stimulation mode of electrode array, threshold level and comfortable level for the active electrode, sound balance and speech stimulation rate.
