摘要
本文针对云南化工厂合成氯化氢成份控制中存在的问题,提出了一种确实可行的控制方案。也就是在保证氯气通道供给量稳定的情况下,氢气通道采用模糊自寻优控制,以保证氢气随氯气按正确的比例供给。仿真结果表明:该控制方案具有适应性快、鲁棒性强以及控制效果好等特点。
In order to solve the problems in the synthesizing process of hydrogen chloride in Yunnan Chemical Factory, a new advanced and efficient control method is presented in this paper. On the stable condition of providing chlorine, the fuzzy—self optimizing controller is introduced to hydrogen to make its provding at an accurate rate following chloride. The results of the digital simulation experiments show that the controller is more preferable to the conventional regulators.
