稀土掺杂氧化物的电磁特性及磁电阻效应

The electric and magnetic properties with CMR effect in rare-earth doped oxides

摘要 本文以具有钙钛矿结构的Mn基稀土掺杂氧化物La1 -xTxMnO3为重点 ,结合近年来国内外的最新研究成果 ,概括介绍了这类材料的晶格结构、电磁特性及其电阻效应等 。 With the consideration of new research results in recent years, the main properties of perovskite rare-earth doped manganites La1-xTxMnO3, such as crystal structure, electric and magnetic properties, thermal hysteresis effect and colossal magnetoresistance et al., were focused on in this paper. The probable physical mechanism was also referred to.
