摘要
本文对116例妊娠晚期孕妇进行了营养调查.结果表明,孕妇晚期钙、硫胺素、核黄素的摄入量均低于供给量标准(RDA)的80%,而热能、蛋白质、铁、维生素C等营养状况良好.三餐热能比不合理,早餐偏低,中餐偏高.孕期生理性体重增加、蛋白质摄入量与新生儿体重、身高之间,以及孕妇热能摄入量与新生儿体重之间均是显著正相关.
We investigated on the nutritional states in 116 pregnant women in the later period. The resultrevealed that the intake of calcium,thiamine and riboflavin were lower than 80% of RDA. The intake of energy、protein、rion and Vit. C were in good condition. The calorie of three meals distribution were unadequate. There were sig-nificant correlations between physiological weight gain、protein intake of pregnant women and weight、height of fetus; between energy intake of pregnant women and weight of fetus.
