摘要
企业管理水平的高低不仅影响企业的获利能力 ,更是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。但目前陶瓷企业存在经营粗放、技术和设备陈旧、管理落后等问题 ,难以适应激烈的市场竞争。因此 ,必须提高企业管理水平 ,本文首先分析了日用陶瓷企业管理水平的现状 ,然后从提高日用陶瓷企业管理者的素质 ,提高企业战略决策 ,加强基础工作 。
Enterprise management level not merely influences an entreprise′capacity profit,but also constructs the important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Currently,however,household ceramic manufacturers meet such problems as inefficient running,backward management conception and old equipment and technology etc.,which makes them difficult to adapt to the fierce market competition. This paper makes its first attempt to analyze the present situation of the household ceramic enterprises as for the improvement of managment,then suggests effective countermeasrues mainly form the following four aspects of how to improve administrators′qualities,increase strategical decision,reinforce basic management,and establish modern enterprise system.
