在空气中采用高温固相反应合成了CaO- La_2 O_3-B2 O_3-Eu_2-O_3-Sm_2-O_3 ,CaO- La_2-O_3- B_2 O3 Eu2 O__3 Tb4O7玻璃 .发现Sm3 +,Tb3 +离子能敏化玻璃体系中Eu3 +和Eu2 +的发光 .Sm3 +→Eu3 +和Sm3 +→Eu2 +离子间的能量传递过程是声子支助的共振转移 ;Tb3 的敏化作用是Tb3 +离子和Eu3 +离子之间存在着电子的传递 .通过调节Sm3 +,Tb3 +和Eu3 +的掺杂浓度 ,可以提高CaO La2 O3 B2 O3 Eu2 O3 玻璃体系的红
CaO-La2O O3-B2 O3-Eu2 O3-Sm2 O3, CaO-La2 O3-B2 O3-Eu2 O3-Tb4 O7 glasses were prepared with the conventional high temperature process. The sensitized luminescence in the glasses doped with Sm3+ and Eu3+ or Tb3+ and Eu3+ ions have been discovered. The results show that luminescence of Eu2+ /Eu3+ ions were sensitized by Tb3+ or Sm3+. The process of energy transfer in CaO-La2 O3-B2 O3-Eu2 O3 (CaLBE) glasses sensitized by Sm3+ is resonant energy transfer supported by phonon. The sensitization of Tb3+ to Eu2+ and Eu3+ luminescence was due to electron transfer from Tb3+ to Eu3+. The luminescent efficiency of CaLBE glasses will improve by adjusting concentration of Sm3+, Tb3+ and Eu3+ ions.
