摘要
论述了“气泡聚变”与冷聚变都属于新型聚变 ,指出中性粒子与核的聚变可在任何温度条件下进行 。
The 'bubble frsion' and cold fusion are new fusions that are discussed under un-tradition idea, pointed out that the fusion of a neutral particls and a nucleus can be realized under any temperature, the new and peculiar nuclear phenomenan should be understanted with a nwe idea and a nwe thought.
