摘要
摘除早蕾后的棉株,生长发育和主要生理代谢产生明显变化,促进了营养生长和光合生产率及干物质积累,单株总干重比对照增加22.7克—51.6克;叶面积系数增加0.29—0.92;根系较发达,根系活力加强,伤流量增多。棉株营养器官中的碳水化合物和氮化合物含量也有增加,为增结优质棉铃创造了物质条件而获得优质高产。
Studies on developmental and physiological effects of cotton plants with earlysquares remoning showed that daily plant height increased faster than that of the con-trol,LAI increased by 0.29—0.92,leaf areas increased by 28.3% and 25.2%,respectively;Vegetative growth,photosynthetic production,dry matter accumulationand photosynthetic intensity increased;Total dry matter weight per plant increased by22.7—51.6 grams over that of the control;Photosynthetic intensity of different func-tional leaves increased by 2.5%—29.9% and 9.7%—20.4% over that of the con-trol;Root system,root vigor and sap-flow increased;Dehydrogenase activity increasedby 32.8—58.8% over that of the control 12 days after the early squares removed;Contents of carbohydrate and nitrogen compound in Vegetative organs increased.ALLof these provided a very good substance basis for cotton plants to set high qualitybolls and to result in high yield and good fiber quality.
