摘要
考虑到轴承套数的限制,基于统计理论研究无法实现,采用灰色系统理论中的灰色相对关联度来研究轴承套圈加工质量对轴承振动的影响程度。研究结果表明:尺寸误差参数对轴承振动的影响最大,形状误差参数和粗糙度对轴承振动的影响较小,从而为轴承的质量控制提供了参考。
Considering the number of bearing is little, based on the theory of statistics can not be achieved,influence of bearing rings' machining quality on vibration is studied by using the grey relative degree.The results show that the bearing vibration most affected by parameters of size error,and parameters of shape error and roughness have a small effect on the rolling bearing vibration,so it provides reference for quality control of bearing.
