摘要
以TestCenter软件和矢量网络分析仪为核心,利用GPIB总线技术,设计搭建了一套微波组件自动测试系统,可实现射频滤波组件多通道增益、带外抑制、相位、压缩点等多参数指标的快速自动测试,并自动记录、存储、处理、汇总和符合性判断测试数据。实际测试应用结果显示,该自动测试系统搭建简单高效、运行稳定可靠,可为微波元器件、微波部件的快速自动化测试实现提供参考。
An Automatic Test System of microwave module focused on Test Center software and Vector Network Analyzer,using GPIB total line technology,was designed and setup.Indicators can be automatic tested,including multi-channel gain consistency,stopband Suppression,phase,compression point and etc.Function,such as record,memory,treatment,compiles,and compliance quantization testing of automatic test data can also be realized.The results showed that the Automatic Test System had advantages of simply and effectively construct-ing and stable operation,which can be used for automatic test of microwave components and microwave module.
