动爆环境下的多增益冲击波存储测试系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 弹药动爆威力测试中,测点处冲击波压力值动态范围大,固定单一的增益可能无法获得完整、准确的冲击波信号,而冲击波信号的瞬态变化特性使得自动增益控制(AGC)难以实现。针对上述问题,设计了一种多增益存储单增益读取的测试方案。通过不同增益倍数的调理电路并联,实现对同一个冲击波信号的多增益放大;对存储器进行分区,相同增益的数据存放到同一分区,读取数据时,从多组数据中选取最优数据发送给上位机。实验结果表明,相对单一增益的测试系统,设计的多增益测试系统可以方便地在动爆试验环境中应用,能更加可靠准确地获取冲击波信号。 In dynamic blast test, shock wave pressure at test point ranges widely, fixed single gain may not obtain complete and accurate shock wave signal, besides, it is difficult to apply Automatic Gain Control( AGC) for shock wave is transient. For the above problems, a method of storing with multiple gains and reading with single gain was designed. Conditioning circuits with dif-ferent gain were arranged in parallel to amplify one shock wave signal with multiple gains. The memory was divided into several parts and data with same gain were stored to the corresponding partition. When reading data, the optimal set was selected from multiple sets of data and then the selected set was transferred to upper computer. Experiment shows that : compared with test sys-tem that only has single gain, this system with multiple gains can be easily used under dynamic explosion condition and can obtain the shock wave signal more reliably and accurately.
