摘要
针对没有考虑绝缘层对静电传感器灵敏度的影响,改进点电荷传感模型,分析改进前后静电传感器的感应电荷量与空间灵敏度。在滑油系统中,静电传感器监测荷电磨粒时,绝缘层厚度会影响静电传感器的测量精度。荷电油液会在传感器探极上产生感应电荷量,影响静电传感器对荷电磨粒的监测,把油液和磨粒所带电荷极性分为相同极性和相反极性,计算了荷电油液中磨粒在探极上的感应电荷量,分析荷电油液对磨粒监测的影响,为进一步研究滑油系统静电监测提供借鉴。
In order to consider the influence of the insulation layer on the sensitivity of the oil electrostatic sensor,the point charge sensing model is improved and the induced charge and spatial sensitivity of the oil electrostatic sensor are analyzed.In the oil system,when the electrostatic sensor monitors the charge debris,the thickness of the insulation layer affects the measurement accuracy of the electrostatic sensor.The charge oil will generate the amount of induced charge on the sensor probe,which affected the monitoring of the charge debris by the electrostatic sensor.The charge polarity of the oil and debris are divided into the same polarity and opposite polarity,the amount of induced charge of the debris on the probe in the charged oil was calculated,and the influence of the charged oil on the monitoring of the debris is analyzed,which provides a reference for further study on the electrostatic monitoring of the oil system.
