摘要 在管网建设、修路建轨等过程中,时常会出现损坏墙体里的暗线、地下的光缆和金属管道等问题,金属探测器的使用可以有效地避免这些问题。针对目前市场上的金属探测器使用幅值检测手段易出现'误报'状况的特点,提出了一种基于相位辨识的金属探测方法,该方法通过分析金属探测器激励信号与接收信号的相位差值,即在线圈移动时,某一时间窗内,激励信号与接收信号的相位差值都明显偏离无金属时的相位差值,则可确定这一时间窗对应的位置有金属的存在。此方法是对金属探测器的激励信号和接收信号进行傅里叶变换和逆傅里叶变换处理后进行相位辨识,可以有效抑制瞬间干扰,大大降低了'误报'的可能性。通过3种不同结构的线圈组合和不同质量金属进行对比实验,结果表明,单激励线圈与单接收线圈更加契合此金属探测方法,且对'小金属'也有较好的敏感度。 In the process of pipe network and road construction,there are problems such as damage to dark lines in the wall,underground cables and metal pipes.The use of metal detectors can effectively avoid these problems.Aiming at the characteristics of'false answer'in the current metal detectors using the amplitude detection method,we propose a metal detection method based on phase identification,which analyzes the phase of the transmitted signal and the received signal of the metal detector.That is,when the coil moves,the phase difference between the transmitted signal and the received signal is significantly deviated from the phase difference when there is no metal in a certain time window.And it can be determined that there is a metal.This method performs phase analysis on the transmitted signal and the received signal of the metal detector by Fourier-transform and inverse-Fourier-transform,which can effectively suppress the instantaneous interference and reduce the possibility of'false answer'.Through three different structure coil combinations and different weight metals for comparison experiments,the result shows that the single transmitted-coil and the single received-coil are more suitable for this metal detection method.And it also has a good detection sensitivity for'small metal'.
