摘要
同步自整角机自动测试系统被用于精确测量同步自整角机的旋转角度,其角度测量误差是该系统的主要性能参数。对此,本文基于神经网络对该系统的测角误差进行了分析与补偿,从而减小角度测量的误差。首先介绍了这种测试系统的测角原理,然后分别对系统内SDC轴角数字转换芯片输入信号的幅度失配、相位不正交、与激磁信号不同相等问题进行了建模并获得误差表达式。最后,在误差补偿方面,分别从硬件和软件角度进行减小和补偿误差:硬件部分通过设计滤波移相电路以滤除高频噪声从而减小误差;软件部分提出了基于BP神经网络的误差补偿措施。通过实验数据的分析,采用16位转换器的同步自整角机自动测试系统的测角精度为0.3′,并且经过误差补偿后同步自整角机自动测试系统的测量误差小于±6′,满足精度设计要求。
Synchro auto-test system is used to measure the rotation angle of angular displacement sensor synchro.The angle measurement error is the main performance parameter of the system.Based on neural network,this paper analyses and compensates the angle measurement error of the automatic test system of the synchro.In this paper,the principle of angle measurement of such a testing system is introduced first.Then,the amplitude mismatch,phase unorthogonality,phase shift between the input signal of SDC conversion chip in the system.The input noise of SDC caused by environmental noise are analyzed respectively,and the error expression is obtained.In this paper,the error is reduced and compensated from the perspective of hardware and software respectively.In the hardware part,the filter phase shift circuit is designed to eliminate high frequency noise.In the software part,The error compensation measure based on BP neural network is proposed.By analysis the results of experiment,the angle measurement accuracy of synchro automatic measurement system using 16 Bit converter is 0.3′.After error compensation,the error of the automatic testing system of synchro is less than±6′,which is met high-precision measurement requirements of the synchro dynamic angle measurement system.
