摘要
采用 SDS- PAGE方法对东农 774 2单细胞培养再生植株农艺性状稳定的后代籽粒高分子量谷蛋白亚基进行研究。结果表明 ,与未培养的东农 774 2比较 ,再生植株后代籽粒高分子量谷蛋白亚基发生等位变异。
The high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS)of progenies from regenerated plant with stable agronomic characteristics derived from single cell culture in spring wheat NE7742 were studied by SDS-PAGE.The results showed that the allelic variation and the deletion of subunit and change of intensity in HMW-GS of progenies from regenerated plant were found when comprised with uncultured NE7742.$$$$
