电动车退役电池梯次利用之储能性能及预测 被引量:13

摘要 退役动力电池的梯次利用有助于提高电池全生命周期的利用价值,降低储能装置成本,但其再利用于电力储能后的性能变化规律尚无确定性结论。以青岛薛家岛电动公交车充换电站退役电池为研究对象,抽样测试退役单体电池性能并分析了循环性能变化趋势,建立了退役电池容量预测模型,并对其验证。研究成果可用于电动汽车退役电池梯次利用于储能领域的筛选重组、运行参数设定。 The echelon use of batteries retiring from electric vehicles are the efficient means to elevate the using value of the whole life cycle of batteries as well as reducing the construct cost of energy storage power station. However,there is no definite conclusion about the law of its performance after the batteries echelon use in energy storage. The parameter variation of the retried cell was sampling analyzed. The life predication model of batteries echelon used in the engineering application was established. The achievements in this study could be instructive for the application of the operation parameter setting and maintenance strategy of demonstration plant.
