摘要
目的分析卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂序贯卡培他滨维持治疗转移性结直肠癌的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的52例转移性结直肠癌患者,根据患者入院顺序分为实验组与常规组,各26例。常规组实施奥沙利铂维持治疗,实验组在常规组基础上联合应用卡培他滨序贯治疗。比较两组患者的症状控制率、死亡率及患者的疾病控制时间。结果常规组患者症状控制时间长于实验组,且症状控制率为92.31%,显著高于实验组(76.92%,P <0.05);常规组不良反应发生率为26.92%,显著高于实验组(7.69%,P <0.05)。结论卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂序贯卡培他滨维持治疗转移性结直肠癌的疗效较好,能够快速控制患者临床症状,且病情控制有效率相对较高,患者治疗期间不良反应发生率较低。
Objective To analyze the effect of sequential maintenance of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 52 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were investigated.According to the admission sequence,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the routine group,with 26 patients in each group.Symptom control rate,mortality and disease control time were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom control in the conventional group was longer than that in the experimental group,and the symptom control rate was 92.31%,significantly higher than that in the experimental group(76.92%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 26.92%,significantly higher than that in the experimental group(7.69%,P<0.05).Conclusion Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in sequential capecitabine maintenance has a good effect in treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer,can quickly control the clinical symptoms of patients,and the disease control efficiency is relatively high,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients during the treatment is low.
