摘要
目的观察口腔卫生指导在牙周炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取在本诊所接受治疗的80例牙周炎患者作为此次研究对象,随机平均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予口腔卫生指导。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数均明显降低,且研究组降低幅度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在牙周炎治疗中应用口腔卫生指导,有助于改善疗效。
Objective To observe the application of oral hygiene guidance in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods Eighty patients with periodontitis who were treated in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,and patients in the group were given oral hygiene guidance on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The plaque index and gingival index of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oral hygiene guidance in the treatment of periodontitis is helpful for the improvement of curative effect.
