摘要
中药注射剂的不良反应中涉及到国家批准中药制剂109个品种,其不良反应涵盖了:肝肾功能损害、心功能损害、呼吸系统损害、皮肤损害、过敏性休克、全身性过敏反应、急性血管内溶血、胃肠道反应等。引发中药注射剂不良反应的因素较多,尤其在老年患者和儿童患者中,中药注射剂的不合理用药情况较为突出。需要从合理用药层面加以剖析,精准分析病症适应药物、把控用药方案合理性、避免用药浓度剂量过高,尤其不可变更用药途径,在选择合理的溶媒条件下,增强中医注射剂的临床用药合理性,降低不良反应发生率。
The adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection involve 109 varieties of Chinese medicine preparations approved by the state.Adverse reactions include:liver and kidney damage,cardiac function damage,respiratory system damage,skin damage,allergic shock,systemic allergic reaction,acute intravascular hemolysis,gastrointestinal reaction,etc.There are many factors causing the adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection,especially in elderly patients and children patients,the unreasonable use of TCM injection is more prominent.It is necessary to analyze from the perspective of rational drug use,accurately analyze the adaptive drug of symptoms,the rationality of drug control scheme,and the avoidance of excessive concentration and dosage of drug use,especially the unchangeable way of drug use,so as to enhance the rationality of clinical drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injection and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions under the choice of reasonable solvent conditions.
