摘要
目的探讨血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2014年9月至2017年2月本院收治的27例糖尿病患者作为观察组,将27例健康体检者作为对照组,两组人员均于空腹和进食后2 h静脉抽血,观察血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白的指标变化。结果观察组空腹和进食2 h后血糖、血清C肽候血糖指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组进食2 h后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹和进食2 h后的血清C肽指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白可以准确有效的诊断糖尿病,且操作简单。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods From September 2014 to February 2017,27 patients with diabetes in our hospital were selected as the observation group and 27 healthy persons as the control group. The indexes of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin were observed in both groups after fasting and 2 h after eating. ResultsThe fasting blood glucose,serum C peptide and 2 h blood glucose and serum C peptide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The serum C peptide levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin can be used to diagnose diabetes accurately and effectively,with simple operation.
