摘要
目的浅析在贫血鉴别诊断中检验血液红细胞参数的价值。方法选取在本院进行血液检查的180例贫血者和健康者作为研究对象。比较观察组(贫血者)和对照组(健康者)的红细胞参数。结果观察组平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)均显著低于对照组,RDW显著高于对照组(P <0.05);地中海贫血患者MCH、RDW、RBC、MCV均显著低于缺铁性贫血患者,HB显著高于缺铁性贫血患者(P <0.05)。结论贫血鉴别诊断可以使用血液检验红细胞参数作为诊断标准,能够准确辨别不同类型贫血,提高疾病诊断的准确率。
Objective To analyze the value of blood erythrocyte parameters in differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods A total of 180 patients with anemia and 180 healthy subjects who underwent blood test in our hospital were selected to compare the parameters of red blood cells between the observation group(anemia patients)and the control group(healthy subjects). Results The MCH、RBC、HB and MCV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and RDW was higher than that in the control group. The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);MCH,RDW,RBC and MCV were lower in patients with thalassemia than in patients with iron deficiency anemia,and HB was higher than that of iron deficiency anemia. The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The parameters of red blood cells in blood test can be used as diagnostic criteria in differential diagnosis of anemia,which can accurately distinguish different types of anemia and improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
