摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜内镜微创保胆术治疗胆囊息肉的手术技巧与疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例胆囊息肉患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用传统开腹切除息肉手术,观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术。比较两组胆囊息肉切除效果;手术时间、输血总量、恢复胃肠功能时间;手术前后患者生存SF-36状态评分;并发症情况。结果观察组胆囊息肉切除效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、输血总量、恢复胃肠功能时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);手术前两组生存SF-36状态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后观察组生存SF-36状态评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆囊息肉患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗及效果确切,可有效将息肉切除,并保留胆囊,更好保证术后胃肠功能,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the surgical technique and curative effect of minimally invasive choledochotomy with laparoscopic endoscopy in the treatment of gallbladder polyp.Methods Ninety patients with gallbladder polyp treated were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to the operative methods.The control group was operated on with traditional open resection of polyp,while the observation group was operated on with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The excision effect,operation time,total blood transfusion volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time,SF-36 scores and complication condition of the two groups were compared.Results The excision effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the operation time,total blood transfusion volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,SF-36 scores of the two groups were similar(P>0.05),after treatment,SF-36 scores of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallbladder polyp can effectively remove the polyp,retain the gallbladder,better ensure the function of stomach and intestines,and improve the quality of life of patients.
