摘要
目的观察优质护理对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症的发病率及护理满意度的改善效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的136例髋骨骨折患者,随机分为优质组和对照组,各68例。对照组采用传统护理,优质组在对照组基础上加用优质护理。结果优质组并发症发病率7.35%,对照组并发症发病率22.05%,优质组护理满意度总分显著高于对照组[(65.07±12.24)分vs.(49.08±9.68)分,P<0.05]。结论优质护理服务,能够明显减少髋骨骨折患者术后并发症的发病率,提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing on the incidence of postoperative complications of hip fracture patients and the improvement of nursing satisfaction. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,136 patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into high quality group and control group,68 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional nursing,and the high-quality group was treated with high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of complications was 7.35% in the high-quality group and 22.05% in the control group. The total score of nursing satisfaction in the highquality group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(65.07±12.24)vs(49.08±9.68),P<0.05]. Conclusion High-quality nursing service could obviously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of hip fracture patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing.
