摘要
目的探讨分析药物流产与无痛人工流产的效果及不良反应。方法将60例要求终止妊娠孕妇纳入研究,依照就诊时间划分为两组。对照组接受药物流产方法,研究组接受无痛人工流产方法。比较分析两组的流产效果以及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,研究组完全流产率更高,腹痛持续时间更短,出血时间更短,出血量更少,不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产终止早期妊娠的治疗效果高于药物流产,且不良反应发生率更低,安全性更高。
Objective To explore the effects and adverse reactions of drug abortion and painless abortion. Methods Sixty pregnant women who asked for termination of pregnancy were included in this study,and they were divided into two groups according to their visit time. The control group received the method of drug abortion,and the study group used the method of painless-induced abortion. The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the total abortion rate in the study group was higher,the duration of abdominal pain was shorter,the bleeding time was shorter,the bleeding volume was less,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of painless induced abortion in early pregnancy is higher than that of drug abortion,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower and the safety is higher.
