摘要
目的探讨爱威764全自动尿沉渣分析仪与人工镜检的效果。方法将本院接受尿检的5 216例患者作为本文研究的基础资料,分别采用爱威764全自动尿沉渣分析仪与人工镜检方式进行检测。结果爱威764全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞阳性有3 900例,人工检查确定为3 671例;红细胞阳性有2 963例,人工检查确定为3 586例(P<0.05)。结论爱威764全自动尿沉渣分析仪的检测结果虽然低于人工镜检,但仍然具备较高的临床应用价值,实践中应当将上述两种检测方法进行联合应用。
Objective To explore the effect of AVE 764 automatic urine sediment analyzer and the artificial microscopy. Methods A total of 5216 patients accepted the urine examination in our hospital as the basis data of this study,they were detected by AVE 764 automatic urine sediment analyzer and the artificial microscopy. Results Totally 3900 cases of positive leukocyte detection by AVE 764 automatic urine sediment analyzer,3671 cases were determined by artificial microscopy. There were 2963 cases of positive red blood cell,and 3586 cases were determined by artificial microscopy(P<0.05). Conclusion Although the results of AVE 764 automatic urine sediment analyzer were lower than that of artificial microscopy,it still has high clinical value. In practice,the above two detection methods should be combined.
