摘要
目的讨论米索前列醇辅助无痛人流的临床应用效果。方法随机选取本院实施无痛人流术的患者作为本次调查研究对象,对两组患者的手术效果以及相关手术指标进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者的术中出血量、术后阴道出血量明显低于对照组,实验组患者的手术时间相对于对照组明显缩短,术中宫颈软化有效率以及术后子宫恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在患者实施无痛人流术时,其能够明显的缩短患者的手术时间,且有利于患者子宫的恢复,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of misoprostol in painless patients. Methods Randomly selected patients in our hospital for painless abortion as the research object, the two groups of patients with surgical effects and related surgical indicators were compared and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative vaginal bleeding was significantly lower than that of the control group. The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The intraoperative cervical softening efficiency and postoperative uterine recovery were significantly better than those of the control Group(P<0.05). Conclusion Painless abortion can significantly shorten the operation time of patients, and is conducive to the recovery of patients with uterus.
