摘要
目的探究超声乳化和小切口手术用于年龄相关性白内障临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月本院收治的72例年龄相关性白内障患者作为研究对象,其中对照组患者采用超声乳化治疗,观察组患者采用小切口手术治疗,对两组患者治疗后的视力和角膜内皮情况进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组患者视力恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在年龄相关性白内障患者的治疗中小切口手术和超声乳化治疗的疗效良好,在临床中值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification and small incision in the clinical treatment of age-related cataract. Methods Seventy-two patients with age-related cataract were selected from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital as the research object,the control group were treated by phacoemulsification treatment,the observation group were treated by small incision surgical treatment,visual acuity and corneal endothelial condition of two groups patients after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the recovery of visual acuity in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of small incision and phacoemulsification in patients with age-related cataract is good,and it should be further promoted in clinical practice.
