摘要
目的探讨护理干预对脑肿瘤切除术患者心理和生理应激反应产生的影响作用。方法将本院进行脑肿瘤切除术患者60例随机分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行规范化科学护理。结果治疗7 d后研究组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,各项体征和血浆指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行脑肿瘤切除术的患者实施规范科学的护理措施干预,可有效的降低患者心理和生理的应激反应。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on psychological and physiological stress response in patients with brain tumor resection. Methods Sixty patients who underwent brain tumor resection were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given standardized scientific nursing. Results After 7 days of treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of physical signs and plasma indexes were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized scientific nursing for patients with brain tumor resection can effectively reduce psychological and physiological stress response.
