摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对麻醉恢复室恢复期患者安全性和舒适度的影响。方法分析本院2015年1月—2015年6月麻醉恢复室收治的90例全麻患者,其中44例患者接受传统护理,纳入对照组;另46例患者接受舒适护理,纳入观察组。比较两组患者心理状态评分、舒适度评分、护理满意度。结果护理前观察组、对照患者SDS、SAS评分无差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统护理相比较,麻醉恢复室舒适护理可显著改善恢复期患者心理状态,提高舒适感及护理满意度,安全性较好,值得推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on safety and comfort degree in convalescent patients at postanesthesia care unit(PACU). Methods A total of 90 cases with general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were analyzed,44 cases given conventional nursing were used as the control group,another 46 cases given comfort nursing were seen as the observation group. Compare the mental status score,comfort degree score,nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups. Results Before nursing,the difference of SDS,SAS between the two groups had no statistic significance(P>0.05),after nursing,SDS,SAS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Nursing comfort degree score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PACU comfortable nursing has better effect than conventional nursing,it can significantly improve mental status,comfort degree and nursing satisfaction degree of convalescent patients,it has higher safety and is worthy of application.
