轻型颅脑损伤电生理研究及其在临床法医学上的应用

摘要 目的分析轻型颅脑损伤电生理研究及其在临床法医学中的实际应用。方法将2015年2月—2017年2月医院收治的轻型颅脑损伤患者57例纳入本次研究,为实验组。将同时期来医院进行健康体检对象57例纳入本次研究,为对照组。比较两组各项研究指标。结果Ⅰ-ⅢIPL组间差异比较明显,提示Ⅰ-ⅢIPL延长是MHI患者中最常出现的ABR异常。结论通过对MHI电生理变化特征进行了揭示,有助于临床上对患者的诊断以及对患者开展的预后判断,并以此为法医评定这类损伤提供具体依据。 Objective To analyze the electrophysiological study of light craniocerebral injury and its practical application in clinical forensic medicine. Methods Fifty-seven cases of light craniocerebral injury treated in hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were included in this study,which was the experimental group.Another 57 cases of healthy physical examination at the same time in the hospital were included in this study,which was the control group. The study indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in group I-III IPL were obvious,suggesting that the prolongation of I-III IPL was the most frequent occurrence of ABR abnormalities in MHI patients. Conclusion Stuby the characteristics of MHI electrophysiological changes is helpful for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation,and provides a specific basis for forensic assessment of such injuries.
