摘要
乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期是当前临床乙型肝炎患者病情发展的终末阶段,而抗病毒治疗则能有效遏制患者病情发展,对改善患者临床结局、降低患者并发症发生率、延长患者生存期限等均有积极作用。本文针对当前临床针对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者抗病毒治疗的药物进行综合论述。
Hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation is the current end clinical stage of hepatitis B patients with disease progression,and antiviral therapy can effectively curb the patient's condition,improve the patient's clinical outcome,reduce the incidence of complications in patients with prolonged Life expectancy,etc.,which have a positive effect. In this paper,a comprehensive review of the current clinical anti-HBV drugs for hepatitis B patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis will be reviewed.
