摘要
目的观察并分析沙参麦冬汤加减治疗用于慢性支气管炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取慢性支气管炎患者60例,分为2组,对照组(n=30)给予常规西药治疗,观察组(n=30)给予沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,对比这两种治疗方法的临床应用效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论沙参麦冬汤加减治疗用于慢性支气管炎患者中的治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the Shashen Maidong Decoction on treating chronic bronchitis patients for therapeutic effect.Methods 60 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were divided into 2 groups,the control group(n=30)treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group(n=30) given Shashen Maidong decoction treatment,The clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 93.33% significantly higher than 80% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shashen Maidong Decoction significantly treatment for patients with chronic bronchitis,worthy of promotion in clinical use.
