大专护生不同时期职业认同感的调查分析

摘要 目的调查大专护生在初入学、实习前、结束实习三阶段的职业认同度现状,并比较分析。方法采用护士职业态度问卷,对2014级大专护生开展问卷调查。结果大专护生初入学与实习前比较,对于职业的认同度差异有显著性;实习后与实习前相比,在职业认同感上的差异亦具有显著性(P<0.05);实习后男女护生职业认同感的差异有统计学意义。结论入学后大专护生的职业认同度逐步上升,而实习后职业认同感呈下降趋势,男护生实习后较女护生的职业态度下降明显。 Objective To investigate the status quo of professional identity of college nursing students in the three stages of initial enrollment,pre internship and end practice. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2014 college nursing students with the questionnaire of nurses' professional attitude. Results At the beginning of the school and junior college nursing students before practice,there were significant differences in occupation identity;after the practice,compared with before practice,differences in occupation identity were also significantly(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in student occupation identity of male and female nursing internship(P<0.05). Conclusion The professional identity of college nursing students gradually increased after admission,but the professional identity decreased after practice,and the attitude of male nursing students decreased significantly after practice.
