经皮椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘要 目的分析经皮椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取在2015年8月—2016年9月于本院接受治疗的67例腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察对象,所有患者均在入院后接受经皮椎间孔镜技术进行治疗。对所有患者手术前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI指数)进行观察与分析。结果经手术治疗后,所有患者手术治疗后的VAS评分与ODI指数均明显优于手术治疗前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采取经皮椎间孔镜技术应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous intervertebral aperture technique in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From August 2015 to September 2016,67 patients lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were selected as the observation object,all patients received percutaneous transforaminal microscopy treatment,and the visual analogue scale(VAS score),Oswestry disability index(ODI index)before and after surgery were observed and analyzed. Results After surgical treatment,the VAS score and ODI index of all patients were significantly better than the ODI index before surgical treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of percutaneous transforaminal microscopy has curative effect in patients with lumbar disc prolapse,not only improve the patient's clinical symptoms,but also has a certain security,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
