摘要
目的探讨心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者采用静脉注射左西孟旦治疗的效果研究。方法将2016年6月—2017年6月在该院治疗的78例心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用静脉注射左西孟旦治疗,比较两组患者的各生化指标情况、心超各指标情况。结果观察组术后7d的CK、CK-MB、LDH、c Tn T、NT-pro BNP水平较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后7?d的LVEDd、LVEF、短轴收缩率较对照组明显改善,组间统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者采用静脉注射左西孟旦治疗有确切疗效,可有效改善左心功能,促进心功能各指标的改善,改善预后,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of left cimontan for patients with acute cardiac failure after cardiac surgery.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital,78 patients with acute heart failure after cardiac surgery were randomly divided into two groups,control group using conventional drug treatment,observation group on the basis of intravenous levosimendan treatment,the situation of various biochemical indexes in two groups of patients and heart of each index were compared.Results The levels of CK,ck-mb,LDH,c Tn T and NT-pro BNP levels of 7 d after observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the observation group,the LVEDd,LVEF and short axis systolic rate of 7 d were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the statistical difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After heart surgery in patients with acute heart failure,treatment with intravenous levosimendan has exact curative effect,can effectively improve left heart function,improve the index of cardiac function,improve the prognosis,have positive clinical significance.
