摘要
随着卫生事业的不断深化改革、医学模式的持续转变以及人们健康需求的持续增长,护理人才面对的护理实践逐渐从过去的疾病护理转变成多元健康服务。为适应这些新形势、新变化,高职院校就必须培养能力强的护理专业学生。接下来就从培养高职护理专业学生能力的重要性入手,探索具体的培养措施,提高学生综合能力。
With the continued growth of the continuing change deepening health reform,the medical model and the demand for people's health,nursing practice,nursing personnel face gradually from the past transformed into multi disease care health services.In order to adapt to the new situation and new changes,higher vocational colleges must train nursing students with strong ability.Next,from the importance of training the ability of nursing students,explore specific training measures to improve the comprehensive ability of students.
