摘要
目的探讨普外科患者围术期运用舒适护理的效果。方法研究本院2014年2月—2015年12月随机抽取的160例普外科患者,分为对照组与观察组各80例,其中对照组运用常规护理,观察组运用舒适护理,分析两组患者护理效果差异。结果在护理满意度上,观察组为96.25%,对照组为81.25%,组间差异显著,P<0.05;在焦虑评分上,观察组严重程度低于对照组,P<0.05。结论普外科患者围术期运用舒适护理可以有效的减少患者焦虑不良心理状态,提升护理满意度,促进护患和谐关系的建立。
Objective to explore the effect of comfortable nursing care for patients in Department of general surgery.Methods in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015, 160 cases of patients in Department of general surgery were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases in each group,and the control group were treated with routine nursing whilethe observation group were treated withcomfort care,then the thesis analyzed the differences of the nursing effect between the two groups of the patients.Results in the nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 96.25% andthe control group was 81.25%,and the difference was significant,P<0.05;in the anxiety score, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion perioperative nursing care can effectively reduce the adverse psychological state of patients with anxiety,improve nursing satisfaction,and promote a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
