摘要
针对一种脱扣器执行元件进行了动态仿真和试验验证。应用Maxwell电磁仿真软件,计算动铁心在不同激励电压作用下磁力随气隙的变化情况;采用Maxwell和ADAMS联合仿真方法,模拟了脱扣器执行元件的动态运动过程。最后,试验验证了执行机构释放力值与释放行程的关系,为脱扣器执行元件的优化设计提供了理论依据和数据支撑。
The dynamic simulation and experimental verification of release actuator were carried out.First,the variation of moving iron’s magnetic force with airgap under the influence of different excitation voltage was calculated by electric magnetic simulation software Maxwell.Then the dynamic motion process of tripping actuator was simulated by the Maxwell and ADAMS joint simulation method.Last,the relationship between release force value and release distance was verified by the experiment.Theoretical basis and data support were provided for the optimization of tripping actuator.
