摘要
目的研究高氟水源对妇女体内性激素结合蛋白和雌二醇水平的实际影响。方法随机选择某地区县城7个村作为调查点,其中2个属于高氟村(高氟组),2个属于实施降氟改水工程村(改水组)以及3个对照村(对照组);所有选择调查点本地生长以及居住满7年以上的20~50岁成年女性。比较三组水氟含量。结果高氟组水氟含量高于改水组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期高氟水源可以在一定程度上影响成年女性血清SHBG以及雌二醇的水平标准。
Objective To study the effect of high fluoride water on the level of sex hormone binding protein and estradiol in women.Methods In a certain area county randomly selected seven village as the investigation spots,the two belong to high fluoride Village(Gao Fuzu),two belonging to implement reducing fluoride engineering Village(improvement group)and three control villages(control group);all were chosen to investigate the local point of growth and residence for more than 7 years of 20-50 years old adult women to collect drinking water and fasting venous blood.Determination of fluoride in drinking water and urine by fluorine ion selective electrode method;serum SHBG level was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Serum estradiol levels were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Resultshigh fluorine and fluoride group and control group,water fluoride content in turn is 2.55、0.38、0.39mg/L,with significantly different,there is statistical significance(P<0.05),which the high fluoride group in turn is higher than the water improvement group and the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,it was found that the serum estradiol level in high fluoride group showed a negative correlation with age(P<0.01).Conclusion It can be seen that long-term high fluoride water can affect the level of serum SHBG and estradiol in adult women to a certain extent.
