摘要
目的探讨新生儿肾上腺血肿的声像图特点及超声诊断价值。材料与方法选取19例经CT、磁共振成像确诊的新生儿肾上腺血肿的患儿为观察对象,采用PHILIPS IU22彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,通过对其声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 19例患者肾上腺区均探及不均质肿块,彩色多普勒未测及明显血流信号。结论新生儿肾上腺血肿具有特征性超声改变,超声是诊断新生儿肾上腺血肿的主要诊断方法。
Objective To study the imaging features and the ultrasound diagnostic value in neonate's adrenal hemorrhage.Materials and MethodsNinth newborns with adrenal Hemorrhage diagnosed by CT and nuclear magnetic resonance were collected in this paper.PHILIPS IU22color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was performed in all 19patients.Results All 19cases showed a heterogeneous acoustic mass in area of the adrenal.Blood flow signal is not measured by Color Doppler.Conclusion Making the diagnosis of the neonatal adrenal hemorrhage should be based on the imaging findings because of change characteristics of ultrasound.
